Qualifications:
Ø We currently have an opening for a Journeyman Technician but the right 3rd year or 4th year apprentice will be considered.
Ø Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep experience and some Chrysler learning academic training preferred but not required.
Ø Ability to work in a flat rate shop with high efficiency and low come-back rates
Ø Valid drivers license
Ø Experience with small cars to medium size trucks
Compensation:
Ø $30-40/flat rate based on specialty training
Ø Productivity/efficiency bonuses
Ø Paid training to become a Chrysler certified technician, we want you to train!

Job Duties:
Ø Manages 4-5 sales personnel
Ø Knowledge of the inventory in stock
Ø Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Ø Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
Ø Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Ø Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Ø Collaborates with sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Ø Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Ø Holds regular meeting with sales staff.

Ø Approach and assist new customers that enter the dealership lot
Ø Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
Ø Perform walk-around with customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
Ø Effectively close automotive sales
Ø Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
Ø Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
Ø Reports to the sales manager regarding objectives, reviews, analyses, and planned activities
Ø Attends training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufacturers
Ø Review sales statistics and actions to determine how to better utilize time, plan more effectively, and improve sales
